branding + advertisements | 2016 - 2017

safe space chicago is black artist community co-founded by columbia college chicago students, including alivia blade. this community is a space for artist exploration, development and self-care, cultivated through communal conversations and artistic collaboration. the deign direction for safe space chicago branding and advertisements encompasses minimalist and simplistic design elements. the simplicity of the designs is meant to evoke an openness representative of safe space's mission: creating open communal spaces where each artist contributes their own beauty, depth and color to the environment.
